Plutocracy

 

The planets in the Solar System have been colonized by corporations which also control interplanetary trade- After long conflicts, four remaining corporations founded the Plutocratic Council. Using similar technologies, the corporations try to optimize trade routes. You represent a corporation and fly from planet to planet to buy/sell resources for profit in Space Euros; profits are used to buy seats in the planetary parliament. In three elections you send, if you have the majority of parliamentary members on a planet, Council Members to the Plutocratic Council accordingly. Seats in the Council are also acquired by meeting the entry conditions to societies on Earth. You take a turn if you have used the fewest amount of time and can, depending on the location of your ship, trade in resources, buy seats in parliament, rescue an alien off the asteroid, join societies, and must fly or pass. If you have the majority in the Plutocratic Council, you win.
