After the near-extinction of mankind and with the ice retreating, you guide your tribe and try to rebuild the world – you explore areas, construct building, populate abandoned locations and collect artifacts from special actions. Five chapters of the campaign unlock additional components and new rules; you can also play using the basic rules only. After five chapters, you can play future games with all unlocked elements or any combination thereof. Cogwheels, books and food are basic resources, crystals are barter currency; blue and purple points are scored during the game or at the end. Advance markers from activated tribe abilities or reward slot provide energy or a big artifact as bonus. In a turn, you have up to two actions plus any number of free action or hibernate – actions are: play card, use switch, explore, populate or build; free actions are trade crystals for resources, activate machine or open chest. If someone takes the third big artifact, all others have one more turn and then al score purple points from advancement track, unlocked technologies, game end card bonuses, game end tiles, small artifacts, artifact cards and big artifacts.,
