Finito!

 

In your turn, you play a card onto the discard pile of the card color; if another player has a card that is identical to the card just played – color and number – they can play it and call Finito. The active player must now take the discard pile of the card color und put it under his Finito card. Caller and active player replenish their hand. If nobody calls Finito, you can play another card or end your turn. If you have discarded all cards from your hand and your own draw pile, the round ends and you score 10 points. Then all players score one penalty point per card in their pile under the Finito card. If someone has accrued 6o/80 penalty points, you win with fewest penalty points.
