Marsch der Krabben

 

Based on a French comic; as a square crab, Sunny or Boater, you free eight crabs caught under obstacle items. Each player moves his token, Boater only horizontally, Sunny only vertically, no verbal communication. A beach of 36 cards is laid in a grid, 2 items per row, each player knows two of the 12 items. In each turn a Baddy – Brown Crab or Lobster – is turned up from the Baddie deck and put on a card. Then you can move your crab, if it ends on a not forbidden item, the crab underneath is freed; otherwise, a Baddie card appears and you lose shrimp. If you have not enough shrimp or cannot place a baddie card, the game is lost; if all crabs are freed, the game is won. Adventure cards provide 11 scenarios for more challenging play.
