In Town Center the city is flourishing and this raises the demand for medical care. After a center for pre-admission has been built, players go their separate ways to build the clinic of their dreams - you hire doctors, nurses and maintenance staff and build modules, special services and parking. In six rounds you  play three action phases, then a movement phase, then a business phase - including patient care income, expenses, gain popularity and consultation income - and finally an administration phase.

The 5^th expansion for Die Klinik / Clinic comes a new board for the ground floor and also with components for Oversized Rooms. The ground floor board features one side, 3x4, for experts and one side, 3x3, for top experts and therefore with restricted parking facilities. The board also comes with ready-made gardens, with advantages and running costs in analogy to self-constructed gardens. The oversized rooms are distributed at the start, can be added to the clinic at any time and come with their set of rules for actions and finances. Most of them come with four popularity points for the end game scoring.
