Monuments Phaistos
Phaistoscare stacked face-down, one is revealed and the scoring track is laid out. Actions take monument card, set up monument and expand monument are modified. You can only acquire an open Phaistos card, by playing any monument card with an identical symbol, cost = 1 action. A Phaistos Monument can be set up by all players and with only one card, cost = 1 or 0 actions. WHen a Phaistos card is immediately placed upon acquisition, is does not cost an action; playing it from hand costs an action. Phaistos is more valuable than other monuments, cards collected by the Historian score six points each.
