Coup: Guatemala 1954 Anarchy Expansion

 

You are an adventurer in Guatemala and want to become president; based on the mechanism of Coup you try to win support and eliminate your rivals. Cards face down on the table represent influence; for loss of influence you turn one up; with both revealed you are out of the game. In a round you chose one action; if it is not challenged or deflected it succeeds automatically. You can choose any action you want and can pay for. The last one in play wins. Negotiations are allowed, agreements are not binding.

The expansion introduces 33 new cards - influence, reference, general action and roles - anarchists, paramilitary, weapons dealer, freedom of press, world bank, plantation owners and socialists.
