Tramways: The Commerce of Small City
The Blue Expansion features three mini expansions: Rivers - Two double-sided boards, 1910 and 1920, to replace the C and G type boards in the base game; no building of curves on rivers; building bridges needs +2 build rail icons; each bridge gives +2 happiness points. Ticket Inspectors - A passenger on a link with the ticket inspector gives 75% additional income and +1 stress; at the end of a round, the inspector can be transferred to another complete link. The Commerce Variant - Commerce is all-important; packet cards are drafted according to the advanced rules; Converting is a new action - a non-commercial building is converted and provides 3 HP and one development card; a passenger on a commerce building gives 10$ and a development card.
