Vaults
As a crime lord in a Steam Punk setting you want to be the richest of all; you recruit safe crackers and break into vaults - some are easy to rack, others need specialists and special tools. You have three actions per turn, unused ones are forfeit - actions relate to drawing or playing cards or shifting crew, boss or tool, form a new crow or send boss to police for a disrupt card.
