Steam City Growth Special Contracts Mayfair Limited Edition Promo Expansion Set #5
Five City Growth Special Contract markers are added to the 10 City Growth Markers; when you place a City Growth Marker you can choose to use a Special Contract according to normal City Growth rules. It must be placed color showing and only on a city to which you have direct track or will have by the end of the building phase. In the Base game you pay $2 and in the Standard game you cannot place a Special marker into a city of the same color. For Goods movement the city has both the original color and the special marker’s color; when a good has been delivered to the special marker it is turned over to its standard City Growth Marker side and the city is now strictly its original color.
