The old Aztec town of Tenochtitlan has to be reconstructed; with the help of canals you set up boroughs and build bridges and buildings. For establishing boroughs and most valuable buildings you score points and you win with most of them. In your turn you can place canal parts, build bridges or relocate bridges, move your marker, set up a building or acquire action chips. You can spend 6 action points per turn, combination of actions and there order is up to your choice. When boroughs have been founded with all available borough tiles and one player has set up 9 buildings, the game is scored, after the second such scoring the game ends.
