Baltimore & Ohio Norfolk & Western Railroad Expansion

Norfolk & Western expands Baltimore & Ohio by a new railroad and provides the necessary components - Charter, stock, track cubes, valuation counter and coal counters. Norfolk & Western is only available at technology level 4, when it is founded, coal markers are placed. They can only be taken up by N&W and pay ten times the value of the technology level.
