Article 27

 

You are a member in the United Nations Security Council and have one turn as Secretary General to make a proposal and win the vote on it. If there is only one veto, the proposal is rejected. A turn comprises the phases Set-up and Change of Secretary General, Negotiation, Vote and Influence Payouts. When the timer has run out or when the Secretary stops the debate a vote is taken and scored for result and Secret Agendas. After a number of rounds equal to the number of players you win with most influence points.
