In an alternate steampunk universe world powers at the start of the 20th century fight with a highly toxic gaseous weapon. After 10 years of war traveling on land is nearly impossible and submarines become the all-important new means of transport and conflict. You assemble your submarine from 10 compartments, the battle zone lies between submarines and markers indicate position in relation to the enemy. Five crew members - captain and four mates - activate submarine compartments and trigger various effects to damage or destroy the opposing submarine. If you destroy the enemy’s control compartment or eliminate all opposing crew members, you win.
R&D features ten new submarine compartments to build new submarines and to create new strategies.
