Imperium

Abstract placement game; pieces can only move according to their direction indicators and only according to thei number of them on a piece. There are four types of pieces - called Commander, Lances, Probes and Shields. The pieces have four to one options of move directions and different range; the direction cannot be changed within one move. Instead of moving a piece you can rotate it by 45 degrees. If you move a piece onto a slot with an opposing piece, the opposing piece is defeated and taken off. If you defeat the opposing commander or all his other units, you win.
