Building and landscape tiles are laid aus, 3 of each are the open stock. In his ove a player takes 2 tiles from the stock and places them, the stock is replenished. Tiles are laid out in chess board pattern of landscape and buildings, buildings may be turned. New tiles must be placed fitting with a minimum of one side in colour and one side touching an already placed tile. On a newly placed building a player must put one of his houses, either from his stock or an already placed house must be relocated. Totally surrounded buildings are scored with chips, who cannot pay for incorrectly placed tiles loses the game. At the end groups of houses and chips score points, the player with the highest score wins the game.
