In the guise of Bilbo Beutlin you travel through the Misty Mountains and Mirkwood to take back the dwarven hoard from Smaug the Dragon. You roll and move: On a Gandalf spot you draw a card. On a Sword spot you master adventures with the help of Gandalf cards or by turning the spinner on the stone/scissor/paper principle – You say what will win and the spinner must stop on the loser of the pair. You earn jewels by stealing them from Smaug or mastering an adventure. Smaug is fought with jewels and adventure points. When he is defeated you earn 5 points when you participated in the defeat and win with the highest total from adventures and jewels.
