Whatever, you start with a card for your own secret conspiracy and take over additional groups = cards with values for power, affiliation, special abilities, etc., which are assimilated into the power structure. You attack, shift money around, juggle groups, negotiate, threaten and scheme and have a lot of fun. You win by controlling of 13 groups or by meeting the victory conditions of your own illuminati. Features also the cards from Y2K and deluxe as well as 28 new cards, rules for advanced play and strategy tips on the groups.
