Tallinn is the second game of the Baltic Sea series. You want influence with Merchants, Teutonic Knights and Monks. You place a card, active side visible. If a coin symbol on the card triggers a competition, the effected faction is compared to that of all other players and you score for majorities and can then set down a card from hand or your display as part of the city wall. Then you draw a card. When all cards have been played, you score towers, in competitions for the majority faction on the towers.
The City Guard expansion comprises four tiles; if you built a tower in your torn and now have most towers and more tan any other player before, you receive a tile; all other players give theirs back. At the end, such a tile scores you three point for each player not owning such a tile.
