You use 110 standard playing cards to play a standard game of Rummy, or you add ten special cards and play Zock und Schock. The additional cards are four jokers, one each for the four suits - they are shuffled into the deck and each player is dealt 13 cards. Then you shuffle four cards Sofort-Aktion and two cards Sofort-Tausch into the draw pile. When Sofort-Tausch appears, you put down one card and in turn, beginning with the active player, all select one of the cards laid out. For Sofort-Aktion you hand the cards in demand to the left or right as stated.
