Watch Out Beetlejuice

After a deadly accident, we must be ghosts in our house for 125 years and chase away buyers that do not meet our standards; sometimes, Beetlejuice appears and creates havoc. Three resident cards are on display. In your turn, you try to frighten residents and to collect points, A resident is frightened by a combination of ghostly elements, depicted on die sides – cockroach swarm, ghostly apparition, headless corpse, transformed Barbara, Transform Adam, a B represents Beetlejuice.

You roll dice, can set aside dice and reroll all dice but Bs, always 2 at the same time, Three or more Bs call the bio exorcist – the Beetlejuice stack of cards is revealed, one resident is frightened away, and all must at the start of their turn draw and resolve a Beetlejuice card before rolling dice. If someone then again rolls three Bs, they cannot frighten and take a resident, but Beetlejuice is banned again, the stack is covered and all Beetlejuice cards in play are discarded. If some has frightened five residents, you win with most points on your residents; if Beetlejuice frightened five residents the game is lost.
