If you are given poison you may choose to flip the Bad Gas token. If it lands blank side up nothing happens; if it lands Bad Gas side up, you move your belt down one notch. Both your neighbors to left and right then must flip the token, too. If it shows Bad Gas the respective players moves his belt down, too, by one notch. If this happens for both players, you then must put your belt up according to the poison you originally received.
