PLAYED FOR YOU

Ratzeputz

Who collects more carrots?

Three carrots consisting of a root and greenery are assembled and planted according to the rules. Then a die is rolled and Dwarf Tilli is moved: For a number you move Tilli as many steps along the stones, for a carrot you put him on a stone of your choice. Then you pull out one of the carrots to the left or right of Tilli, the other players may give tips on which one to choose. When you find a root, you may harvest it. If you find nothing, you plant a carrot; you draw a root from the bag, put it underneath the greenery and put the carrot into the hole. Afterwards you turn the disc by one step. Should you hear a rumble, Ratzeputz has pinched it, it dropped into the rabbit warren. If you reveal Ratzeputz when pulling at the greenery you you must feed him a root from the bag: You pull one out, place it on Ratzeputz and then turn the disc again by one step. The root drops into the rabbit warren and Ratzeputz might even manage to take also another one. If you play with the easy side of the board where there is only one image of Ratzeputz to be found, you might find Mole Blinki when pulling up greenery. He is friendly and does not pinch carrots, you cover him again with the greenery. When the last root from the bag has been planted, all win together if all of you collector more roots in total than are in the rabbit warren.

A children game just like on wishes for - thrilling, with a well-working cooperative mechanism which still leaves the decision of which greenery to pull up to the active player; a game featuring marvelous components, simple rules and a lot of fun in playing as well as a high replay value.
