Cities
A new city quarter is to be built over eight rounds; in a round, you use your pawns to collect task cards, city tiles, other tiles or building parts. City tiles comprise park, water and construction site areas; building parts are placed on construction sites of the same color and stacked to form buildings of height 1 to 4. Task cards and city development plans provide targets that are met for points. Regions comprise orthogonally connected identical areas, If you have met one of the targets, you place a marking ring on the highest free number. After eight rounds you have a quarter of nine city tiles and score points from the city development plan, water and park areas as well as monument tiles and met task cards.
