The Famous Robin Hood Card Game

52 cards comprise Poor cards, Gold cards, Sheriff cards, Robin Hood cards, and two of each Outlaw card (Maid Marian, Friar Tuck, Little John, Will Scarlett, Alan a Dala and Much the Miller’s Son); there are also 12 metal coins. You are dealt 7 cards from the pile and want to be rid of them first. A round begins with a Por card, followed by Poor or Gold, followed by Gold or Sheriff, followed by Sheriff or Outlaw and, finally, Outlaw or Robin Hood to take the trick. If you cannot or want not play, you take the discard pile, can draw two from the draw pile and then play a suitable card, if applicable. If you play Robin Hood and take the trick, you take the discard pile of played cards for a scoring pile. If you are out of cards first, you get a coin, others might get a coin for suitable content in their scoring piles.
