Patien Paul is in the operation theatre and hopes to freed from diverse problems in his stomach and elsewhere. Players are the doctors and take their turns in trying to get the problems out of Paul. They use a tweezer and hopefully have a steady hand, because if they touch one of the "problem areas" on Paul, Paul becins to scream and tremble and his nose blinks in alarming red.
