Der Räuber Hotzenplotz Hinterhalt im Räuberwald

 

Hotzenplotz has escaped from the fire fighter’s place, but Kasperl, Seppl, Gropmutter and Wachtmeister are hot on his heels, but need the help of cards. The board is laid out, Hotzenplotz begins on #7. All draw a movement card and put down open-faced. Then all in turn decide if they draw another card or pass. New cards are kept secret and taken up in hand. When all have passed, cards are checked. If you are over six, you stumble and must go back one step, if possible. Whoever has the highest total equal to six or lower than six, may advance on the board. If someone did stumble, Hotzenplotz advances one spot, too. If Hotzenplotz is reached or overtaken, players doing so win; if Hotzenplotz reaches the cave, all have lost together.
