Urban Panic

On your own player board you build a city. Architect actions allow you to pick up a tile from the main board - you can exchange tiles, place tiles or swap the location of two tiles. Tiles that are placed improve the city and each tile should be connected to the city center. You also need to avoid unemployment in your city and to take needs of citizens into account. Available actions come from the characters of Architect, Planner, Engineer and Mayor. In the advanced game you add goal cards and the character action SPY.
