Magic Rabbit

Magic show, but the rabbits are under the wrong hats; before the show begins you must restore the correct sequence of hats & rabbits, within 2.30 minutes and without any communication whatsoever. In a turn you look at one of the hat+rabbit stacks and remember the rabbit; OR you switch two hats, OR you switch two stacks. A stack with a dove on top cannot be switched or looked at, but at the end of your turn you may send the dove to another stack. Three envelopes contain further challenges.
