Ecology versus consuming and production. Using currencies of money and cards, nations vie for achieving their own interests, you negotiate, donate and lobby - Agrarian, Oil, Car, Steel, Atomic Power and Chemistry lobbies are in play. Twelve negotiation rounds comprise four phases each: Remuneration for chairing the meeting - Reading of studies - 90 seconds of negotiation with options for contributing prosperity cards or money or trying to bribe other countries - resolving effects. When at the end of a round a critical value at one type of environmental damage is reached or the studies pile is empty, the game ends immediately. In this case, the country with the second most points after the final scoring wins; or else after twelve rounds the country with most points.
