The Last Spike
Railroad track laying in America; you are a builder and lay track to connect cities via given connections. Players build together and place track pieces with suitable code and pay the costs which vary with terrain type. Track laid is for use of all players. You can acquire land surrounding cities. There are five lot cards for each city, with varying costs, the income from those lots depends on the number of cards you own. The active player must build one of his track pieces, may buy a lot card and must draw a track piece. If you cannot build, you must sell land for half of its price. Completed connections are scored and give you income in relation to the lot cards of connected cities. If you complete the east-west connection, you end the game, cash a bonus and the winner is the player with most money.
