Ostfriesenlauf

In the famous Ostfriesenlauf one may cross the finish line from the other side, so the runner in last place can win! The runners are moved with cards relating to the actual position in the race. All players start with an action card from each stack, the on in last place begins, draws any card and then places one card face down in the middle. All other players do the same, the cards are stacked, then the stack is turned over and the cards are enacted in sequence. Thus one can never be sure to move the runner one wanted to move as each card is used for the runner in the position named on the back of the card. The game ends when a runner after enacting of all four cards has crossed the finish line, in case of more than one runner the one furthest over the finish line wins.
