The Suicide Bomber Card Game

You want to blow up buildings and persons. You have five bomb cards; target cards (persons and buildings) are laid out in the city, a grid of three rows and five columns. The active player places two card from the target deck, if there are empty slots in the grid, draws a card from the bomb deck, moves people on free slots or swaps people (buildings cannot be moved) and then plays a card: Bombs are placed face-down next to targets, actions are resolved. Bombs at targets receive time markers; when the threshold value is reached, the bomb blows up and destroys the carrier and maybe other adjacent cards. When the target deck is empty, you win at the end of the turn with most points from your blown-up cards.
