Urban development in ancient Mesopotamia; as active player, you take one resource die and move your architect to the district equal to the die value; then you have up to two action available at the location of the assistent - place a project tile, construct building, gardening, place house in the harbor district, claim ship in the harbor district, place house in the Ziggurat district - and maybe free actions - refill crate tile or score decree cards. Then you check for scoring - a barge in the district must be empty - and move the assistant to the location of the architect. When the last gold is taken from the time track, you continue play until all had the same number of turns and then one more round. Then each district is scored once again, and you score your Urban card.
