In Manhattan at the turn of the century you build higher and higher scyscrapers and want to construct one of the Legendary ones - Park Row, Singer, Metropolitan Life or Woolworth. You take location cards from a display and use two or three of those cards to place geometrical shapes as building tiles on the board; you can also demolish already existing buildings and replace them with buildings of higher value. At the end of the game you score for control of streets in new your, for completed bonus tasks and unused action cards.
