Competition for the spiciest collection of chili sauces in the Fuego festival cooking competition. 104 number cards comprise eight cards each of values 1 to 13. A display of number card is prepared after some cards are taken out in relation to the desired level of difficulty. In Phase 1 you collect chili cards for your ingredients stack – all play a combination of cards to determine turn order, then you take all cards from one column of the display and – if you want – the cards played to determine turn order. Making up a display, playing cards for turn order and taking cards is repeated until all players are out of cards in hand. In Phase 2 sauce cards are displayed and all take their ingredient stack from phase 1 in hand. Again you play cards for turn order and then can either collect chilis or cook a sauce. For a sauce, you must have played, for turn order determination, the number of identical cards stated on a sauce card, take it and discard the cards. If someone triggers the end of the game by being out of cards in hand and the ingredient stack and having the necessary number of sauces – you win with most points from sauces collected minus cards in hand and in the ingredient stack.
