Quo vadis?

Committees in ancient Rome need to be filled with members of one’s one family, the higher the position the better. But higher up the air is thinner and to leave a three- or five-place committee one needs the permission of other members. So one negotiates and promises. But power makes forgetful and Caesar has a say as well. And the paths between committees are strewn with laurels and players try to collect as many as possible. If the highest level is filled with 5 senators the game ends and the player wins who has one family member there and has collected the majority of laurels.
