Help!

Card game festuring number cards and special cards for Joker, Switch, Zap and No! In your turn you play one of your four cards in hand into the common row, which must have a value of minimum +1 to the previous card, and draw a card. The sixth card in the row completes the row, the row is set aside and the next player begins a new one with any card from their hand. Instead of adding a card to the row you can play a special card. If you cannot play a suitable card you can ask the previous player for such a card and give him one of your cards. If the previous player cannot help, the stage ends and all other players score a point. If you cannot play a suitable card and all other players are blocked with a NO! Card, you yourself score a point. If you have three points, you win.
