Funkenschlag Erweiterung Benelux / Zentraleuropa

Each player represents a company producing energy in power stations and supplying cities by means of a power grid. During the game one auctions for power stations and buys raw materials to produce energy. Simultaneously one needs to expand the grid to supply more cities.  A game round has the phases: determine game sequence, buy power stations, buy raw materials, build and bureaucracy comprising income, new power station and new raw materials for the market. If a player has 20 or more cities in his grid in phase 4 of a round the player supplying the most cities wins.

Central Europe: Raw material market and support are lopsided due to the large coal mines in Poland. Austria and Poland do not use atomic energy, only players whose grid touches other countries can use atomic energy. Vienna has special status due to burning garbage for energy, grids containing Vienna earn reduced prices on garbage.

Benelux – Countries intensify support of ecological power stations, the focus is on oil and gas, connection costs are low and smallest power stations are taken out of service fastest.

Only playable with the basic game.
