Blokus
The board has 400 squares, each player receives 21
pieces of one colour, these 21 pieces comprise all
variations that can be formed by placing 1-5 squares next to each other along
their sides. Players try to place all their pieces. The game is played in the
sequence blue, yellow, red and green, the first piece of each player is laid
down in his corner, then in turn each player places one piece so that it
touches its own colour only at a corner, other colours can be touched along
sides. If no piece can be places, the turn is passed, when nobody can place a
piece anymore, players score one minus point for each square
of each piece not placed, 15 points for placing all stones and 20 points for
all pieces placed and ending the game with the solitaire piece.
