After
all those games with rules finally there is a game about games rules. Of course the game
has rules how you use the voting cards, how to vote on suggestions for rules,
how to score for rules changes, how to convince your partners to vote with you
for rule changes that only benefit you - A real democratic game with
"yes"-votes and "enhances yes"-votes! This game is based on
a game by Karl-Heinz Schmiel, published in 1994, which was calles "Das
regeln wir schon". This game in turned was based on "nomic" a
game mainly played by mail.
