In America in the famous Thirties players represent
building companies, who vie for public building contracts. Politicians decide
about who gets what so bribes are necessary. Each player has the same hand of 10 money cards, the
building contracts are laid on face up, and players now pay bribies to the
state to win a contract, of course the highest bribe will win. There are also
extra cards like judges, journalists and killers, players have them in a
limited number. The game is a mixture between information and intuition, since
only some of the cards are played face up come out. Published in USA by Atlas
